I was using the CQUI mod before the upgrade of R&F. After the upgrade I cann't play the game anymore. Does someone can give advice to remove the CQUI mod, so I can test it if it works without the mod

No need to remove it. Just de-activate it in the additional content section.
I heard they are working on CQUI to make it compatible with the patch and then R&F, so you might re-activate it after it was updated.
