[CRASH][218015] game crashes after turn 224

Bonsoir,
following saved game crashes systematically on my PC if I hit "Next Turn".
I also joined the last .mdmp file (zipped).

I just loaded this in the new update, and have played through a few turns, so it may have been addressed. Are you seeing this as well? Thanks.

yes, it works now on my PC with Civilization 5 Version 1.0.1.275
