Crash only on MP game

I've played through several single player games, but when a friend and I tried to start a game online (with me hoting) I get into the game, blue screen for as sec, and then REBOOT!

Anyone else have a solution and/or the same problem I'm having?

ATI Radeon 9800 pro
1 gig ram
athlon xp 3200+
