thats my error. I meet all the requirements. No other programs running.

Kernel32 is one of the major workhorse libraries for Windows, so its hard to say exactly what caused it..... Could be anything.

Can you provide a bit more information: Does it crash every time? What system are you using? Video Card? Have you installed the latest PTW patch?
