Sanguine
Chieftain
While I wasnt having any problems with the computer rebooting itself or anything the game did eventually start crashing to the desktop at the end of almost every turn, making it pretty much un-playable. To fix this problem untill theres a patch, I set my AGP speed down to the "off" setting. No more problems, hasnt crashed once after a good 6 hour session
Youll want to switch it back up when playing other games or running other graphical apps.
If your not using an ATI card, as I am, you may have a different method of making this change.
To change the AGP setting (for ATI cards):
Right click on Desktop and select properties
Select settings TAB and then click the Advanced button
Select the SMARTGART tab and then adjust the slider to the "Off" setting.
Hope this solves at least someones problem out there. Best game of the year in my mind
Good luck
