Create-a-Civ

I would like to see a create-a-civilization option where you can create a your won, personalized civilization. Where you would be able to choose:

Leader (and upload a pic of yourself?)
Special Units
Attributes/ traits
Name
Short History
Nearby historical civs
etc.

you can do that already. Make a new civ up and put it in the game.

i agree accept for the choose/trait/UU. Those are very hard to balance as it is. Now if you choose a set of traits/UU, rather than each individually, this would be ideal for all Civ games.

This is an excellent idea, and I agree totally with Sir Schwick's amendement to it!

A game from way back when called Stars! had an extensive creation utility that you could choose to use (instead of playing pre-built). Something like that for Civ would be most excellent, instead of having to do it in a scenario.

Same goes for me. It would be very helpful if something like this was avalible I'd be able to choose my color of my nation, UU, and everything else. I want CivIV even more just thinking about it.
