This buggy was probably already in Civ4-vanille, and more people will have noticed it, but i want to report it cause it can wrong-foot you at an important moment.
Look at the 2 images, the first get not the Crossing River penalty, the second will, while the cav's are doing the same thing. Don't know if the game will give different odds in reality.
