Cruise missile With Stealth Attack?

I recently downloaded CivArmy's Car bomb which is meant for cruise missil capabilities. However, i was wondering if anyone knew if it could also be used with stealth attack, so that you could choose which unit in a stack to attack. Also, could you destroy population or city improvements?
Kinda new here, but im liking the whole modding scene already

Yes, using stealth attack is possible.Had that for some late game missiles in RaR.However, there is a serious drawback - the cruise missile isn't destroyed if you perform the attack with the stealth attack function.

Destroying population or improvement could be possible by setting the collateral damage flag.However, haven't tried it.
