CTD on End Turn

I am at Turn 1230 of my first real game of FFH2, which has been fantastic so far

But sadly now if I End my Turn the game crashes.
Anything I can do to solve the issue?

You can try tooning the grafic setings down to minimum.
That usualy does it for me when I face such bugs.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have just tried but it doesn't help in my case, and the game still crashes

Yes it is patch m, using the Steam version of Civ4. No idea why you can't open it

I must have done something wrong. I was sure that I had patch m, but anyway I tried to reinstall it again, then I loaded the game and in fact I cannot load the save anymore.
Probably I just downloaded but never installed the patch.

My bad :/
