CTD on startup

Trying to get this mod started. I can only load the Eugenics Wars scenario and nothing else. Any help?

Glad you got it fixed. What was the issue?

I'm still playing this mod after having found it a little over 3 years ago, before it even had the artpack loaded, haha. The mod author has moved on, but we all try and help out when a crashing/gameplay issue pops up.
