CTP Soundtracks question

I was wanting to take the soundtracks and use them in CIVIV BTS

I found "sound" but it is in a .ZFS file format


Is this the actual soundtrack and if so can this somehow be converted to MP3?

If you're looking for the soundtrack from CTP (the first one) they are encoded in CD-Audio on my disc. So just pop it into iTunes or whatever and rip to MP3
