Custom Map Size

I did aforum search and didn't find a thread that specifies how to do this. I see that the map sizes for huge are actually small compared to civ3 or ctp2. I know this is because of 3D. So I'm hoping for two things:

1) how to add additional sizes (gigantic, colossal, whatever) I prefer a 200x200 size earth for instance

2) anyone familiar with the limits based on computer power. I have 2GB Ram core duo 2.13GHz. How big of a map can my system take (its going fast on the biggest size now in the 1800s)

Anyone have info on this?

I'd like to do the exact same thing. I hope someone chimes in soon.
Can't wait to get my 18-player mega-game going (and Huge is too small for that many players).

I know how to make the maps bigger, but I don't know how to make more than 18 civs, which I would really like...

For anyone interested. I made a Gigantic sized map.

All the work has been done and no data was overwritten. It simply adds Gigantic map option to all maps.

Firaxis Huge is 30 x 20

My Gigantic map is 36 x 22
