DataO operation system error

i have a big problem, my civ 3 just got messed up.
evry time i want to load a game it says
"DataO operation system error:CTZN"

can someone please explain this? im cracking up...

it worked fine untill i deleted some saved files, i had over 300 mb
of saved files, i have done this before so why is it not working now?

help..!

Have you edited your Civ3Mod.bic (adding buildings? (or anything else))
