Declaring War on the Barbarians

Hey guys, I don't know if this has been noted before or not, but I found that I could declare war on the barbarians by giving my units a numpad move order onto a tile with barbarian units (idk about into their borders or not). Tested with Charadon as the Doviello.

Don't know if that's just a bug, but there it is.
