I think Reneaux could be included in the Boreaum borders, as it looks quite smaller than the other 2... Not that it's a big deal.

Boreum (MarlDowns G2 Mordhiemia M1 M3) , Chryshe (Dellham, Reneaux, River and NW) ... something like that. Maybe Reneaux w Dellham for now, and transfer to MD later when more cities...

If there are 2 outlying provinces, then both of us could get in some governing experience. But would it be too much bureaucracy with the extra polls & threads? The Dellham province (Chryshe?) looks interesting ...
