how do you know what the ai is denoucing you for? i saw that some people seem to know how.. thanks in advance.

The "bubble" appears if you mouseover the current relationship value (WAR, HOSTILE, FRIENDLY etc.) in any of the diplomatic screens or the scoreboard.

Edit: as in the example above, the game won't always tell you why someone doesn't like you!

But the speech tells it absolutely clear. The leader always wanted to sneak attack you and he thinks the time came, otherwise, you'll become too strong.
