Detailed BNW guide

So, I'm trying to start playing BNW, but the advisor's aren't very helpful for the exact small new things.

What does every little number and icon on the new screens do? What are the exact changes to units and other systems?

I already know the big picture stuff (trade routes, tourism, etc), but not all the little stuff.
