Using the CD-Image and sd4hide. The game runs... Logo screen goes away and seem about to load.

Bam.. Error..

Errr... I can't even run with my orginal DVD in. Not CD.

Wow..the developers must be having a circle jerk when they were programming safedisc or something.

And if I use my DVD.. it'd just ask for the right disc... (WTH?)

Have u got clonecd or anything installed?
Do u have a dvd-rom or only a burner in your computer?

I uninstalled clone-dvd. I have Damon Tools...and alcohol.

Well then i would try anti-blaxxx instead of sd4hider or uninstall deamon and alcohol but then ur backupimage wont be any good.
Personally i make mini-images of al the games i buy and use alcohol for them saves them from scratches alot, a bit of work but well worth it imho.

hey,Super Sheep,try this....deamon 3.7.4 + virtual-cd-hide...and civ4.exe file/compability turn to win2000....read somewhere that this works....have no idea why?!!

Im having the same exact problem.

Radeon 9800 pro grahpics card AMD process 2 gigs of ram windows XP.

Oh and I don't know if it matters or not but I do have Clone-dvd installed. I did not use that to make this backup though.
