Different endgame.. not all nukes and everyarea fully developed

I jus hate how the end game is always the same... EVerywhere is developed, irrigated and railroad, the only way to win is to nuke your way through slowly.. there must be a better way... i inviasage the only was is to create larger areas around citys which cannot have development.. a "green-belt" effect as it were...

anyone agree?

Nuke your way slowly through? Damm.... the last time I launched a nuke, everybody declared war on me and all my cities were nuked...

? surely you have anti nuke facilitys so your citys cannot get retribution attacks!

yes, the game is won, well ur not in a position to lose.. its just sooo slow to actually totally iradicate the oponnent... is there not a way they could make conquest easier/ more pretty later in the game stages?
