Difficulty levels

Hey, I was wondering what exactly the difference between difficulty levels is? I was checking out the editor and basically it shows that the ai gets more free units and quicker build times etc at higher levels - is this the only difference between levels or does the ai behave differently? If I use the editor to put the sid settings the same as the curret regent settings will it be identical to playing vs a regent AI? If anyone has a list of vchanges between difficulty levels which are NOT obvious from looking at the editor could you post them :)?
 
I'm sure its far away from complete, but AFAIK the amount of "positive outcomes" for goody huts shrinks with higher difficulty (means you will more often generate barbs), the AI moods get worse and on Chieftain/Warlord in case of bankrupt no units/wonders are sold.
The rest of changes I know can be directly edited in the editor.

Generally the AI is as dumb or intelligent as it is, regardless of difficulty, but some flaws are balanced out or covered if you move up in difficulty - but always not because it acts more intelligent, only because it gets boni.
 
Also the score that you get from each difficulty. If you make Deity to regent standards you still have a higher score.
