Diplomacy Options

I am wondering if anyone knows where the diplomacy options are. What .dll or whatever? I'm mostly unfamiliar with the CivII file scheme.

Anyway, I would like to add some diplomacy options for personal use. (I would probably have to expand AI functionality a bit, as well.) If I can get it working correctly, I may release it as a mod as well.

So, any idea of where the files dealing with diplomacy -- including the diplo screen, defining diplo options, etc. -- are?

No I idea at all. Please keep us posted when you add more diplomacy options, they might fit really well with Ape Island.

Does anyone know how to disable tech trade among AIs? (Not Scenario)
