I installed the game in Italian but the game was all in english.

Well no problem there.
After 2 days a patch put the game in italian and all was ok.
Yesterday after the steam patch ALL text from civs disappeared

Basically they ask me to wage war but i cannot know with whom, they ask me something but i can't tell what they are asking me and so on.

I cannot play at all like that -.-

And with that it came also the bug from prioduction plan required from puppet cities ....

I use already DX9.

Please check via steam the integrity of the Civ5 files, that should fix the problem.

OMG it worked... :O i tried everything else before with no result >.>
reinstalling result in same action but did not work.
