Diplomatic Victory - Custom Graphics

I just cracked my old Civ3 game - I didn' t have the CD -
and now I' m playing it all day long. I must say it' s one of the
most addictive games I' ve ever played... though there are a lot of
bugs, even in the most recent patch. Sometimes they stop telling you
when you can improve your palace, for example.
But there are two things I would like to know:
1: When the AI builds the UN, I am never told to vote for a chairman.
Does the player have to be one of the candidates for a selection to
occur? I have only been playing at warlord difficulty, If it has got
something to do with that.
2: When I make my own unit graphics and put them into the game, it
crashes completely. Is there a special program you have to use
to make your own graphics?

From what I think you're asking, the UN may of just been started by one of the AI's you're playing, so when it's completed you'll be asked to vote for a UN chairperson.

As for the custom graphics, I wouldn't dare delve into that myself Might want to check out the Creation and Customization section (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=46)

Moderator Action: Two things - we don't support pirated/cracked versions of the game. It's pretty cheap now, you can buy a new copy for less than $10 online.
