Diplomatic Victory Point Requirement Mod

I was searching through the forums and online looking to see if there were a mod to allow me to change the number of diplomatic victory points required for the victory and so far haven't been able to find anything.

This seems like it should be pretty simple to implement, but I wanted to see if I was missing something before trying to implement this myself.

It would just be really nice to be able to set the points lower if you want to win faster, or to set them higher if you have disaster intensity at 3 or 4 but would still like to make it to the information/future eras before somebody triggers a diplomatic victory.

So... is there any mod available that allows the player to change the number of diplomatic victory points required?

No mod that specifically does only that, but you can either create your own mod or change the base game files yourself. See here.
