Disabling Videoleaderheads

Hello!

I am a new user and have no idea how the modding community works. I use the Rise Of Mankind mod often and I like it a lot, very cool mod. Thank for developing it! My main question is if it is possible to disable the video leaderheads that pop up everytime they contact me? I can play the game just fine, but whenever my computer has to load a video leaderhead it just stops for about a minute to load. This is really jarring and I feel if I didn't have to load the videos it would be much faster.

Is this at all possible? I am a newb so I have no idea. Any responses are greatly appreciated!

It is likely that the best solution is static leaderheads. Look in the "Rise of Mankind" folder, then go Assets/Unloaded Modules. Inside of Unloaded Modules there should be a folder labeled "Static." Move the Static folder to the "Modules" folder which should be in the Assets folder. The MLF_CIV4ModularLoadingControls.XML file included with basic RoM should have a Static entry, if you never changed that file, do not worry about it.

Of course, I should mention that people have had issues with the static leaderheads not working properly.
