Busy laying siege to an AI capital and two random apostles wander in meaning I can't actually cut off the city so it regains health.
I don't want to attack the apostles' Civ but would like to get them out of my way. Surely infantry can shove aside some clergy to get their job done? Similar mechanic to swapping my own units around would be all that's needed - even at the cost of movement?
