DLC-Exoplanet map pack not showing

I bought a hard copy of C:BE.
In it was a Code for the Exoplanet map pack which
I activated on Steam.
In the game I cannot access these maps.
What am I doing wrong?

When you go to start a new game and get to Choose Worlds, there is an Advanced Worlds option at the bottom of the screen. When you browse that sub-menu, how may extra maps do you see? If you see 10 maps (including, e.g., 82 Eridani e and Kepler 186f), the DLC is installed.

No, if i click on the advanced button all I see are

Archipelago
Equatorial
Skirmish
Taigan

Whats wrong?

Go to your Steam library. Right click Civ BE and select Properties. The far right tab is DLC. What does that tab show?

It shows:

Exoplanet Map Pack checkmark (under install) installed(under state)

OK, here is the fix (very simple actually):

I went to Steam library
Right click CivBE->Properties->Local flies -> click browse local files

In the explorer menue open folder assets

Open DLC maps

Open DLC_SP_Maps

Open Maps

Copy all and move to Folder assets/maps

Restart CivBE
