DLC Mongolia gonne, can´t load saves anymore

When I try to load savegames it won´t let me annymore and say´s:"DLC Mongolia isn´t purchased"

I thought the Ghendis Khan Mongolia DLC is for free, because I had it since I installed CIV V.

So how can I get back this DLC, under Steam/Properties/DLC it says that I have got it.

There are probably some files corrupted.
In Steam, go to library -> local files -> properties -> check integrity of the game files.
This should fix possibly corrupted files and redownload them.

Was the first thing I did, didn´t work. Restarting the Computer did the trick, shoudl have tried that before using the forum
