Not to be a jerk about it, because I really like sharing my ideas about improvements or additions about Civilization 4, but...

Yes? No? I know I'd be tickled pink if my idea of bonus tech (see Evolving Traits) made it into Civ 4...

If there is really someone paying attention to all this, he/she should perhaps make it known? It wouldn't be such a big trouble, now would it?

Or is this like with God? If His/Her/Its Allmightyness would just reveal him-/her-/itself to me, it would take away all the thrill of believing

Sure there is, Soren (the lead) said at the GDC that Firaxis scoured through the various suggestions here. I see him lurking here quite often.
