[R&F] Does anyone know how to change the image of the leader?

I would just like to change the current static image of some leaders in game, I do not have experiancie with modification and several guides start telling me to create something from scratch and I do not want this. So for the title question, does anyone know how to do it?

You have to see it from existent mods. My Portugal mod version 16.4 uses static images without modbuddy.

I believe you will need to add Leaders and FallbackLeaders artdef files and others, and look for loadinginfo and diplomacy info, where you can address your static images.

Search for JOAO_II and you will find all places where is edited.
