Does anyone know if there is an ability in game now that is like the keshig's ability?

Unique Unit - Keshig: shares movement speed with any unit in formation with it

Jongs currently do this in the water, at least.

I've never used it, but the final tier 4 promotion Escort Mobility "Formation units all inherit escort's Movement speed." would work like the Keshig ability right ?
