Does Quick Turns mod still work?

So I installed the Quick Turns mod from the Steam workshop (subscribed to it.) Went into my fully expanded game, it was there in the mods section, I enabled it, but I don't see any menus for it. I even looked in the drop down menu where all the advisor/victory information is, and didn't see anything. I unsubscribed, installed manually with the link on the page, uninstalled and reinstalled to just the base game, nothing.

Does this mod even work anymore?

If so, does anyone know how to fix what is happening here?

Would like to know this as well. Also do you have a link for the manual download? (not steam workshop)

ps. recompiled LUA librarly does seem to work to speed up the game

Ops, you were asking about Civ6. The mod for Civ5 works for me, who cares about 6 lol
