Dominion War - How to attack the Chin'toka

Can anyone help me on the attack on the Chin'toka?
It is surrounded by the Cadassian OD Platforms. Although I know that I have to aim at the power source, I just can't get through the network to reach the source.

Please tell me where you found this one: I shall play it and let you know if and how I managed to attack the Chin'toka.

As you might already know, the ODP belt below Betazed is a checkered pattern of 'space' and 'spatial rifts'. Your ships move in space while the OPDs move in the spatial rifts but can fire at you from there. Your problem is probably you can't get past the belt before the ODPs destroy your ships. You'll need ships which have powerful deflectors (i.e. can move a full warp even in unexplored space) like the Defiant to race pass them in a single turn. Beside a direct approach, skirting partially past the belt first via the badlands to its left is also a common strategy.

I have started playing the game and just taken Chin'toka (on day 125 ).
I didn't try to attack from the north (where the spatial rifts and the OD platforms are to be found, which are some kind of "Maginot line", very difficult to overcome without heavy losses).
I *plainly* conquered the Dominion cities in the western part of the map and came back to Chin'toka from the west .

Game over.
The Federation finished destroying the evil Cardassians, Breen and Dominion on day 162 (and I must say I enjoyed it all the way).

I hope you don't really mind if I go on posting at Apolyton, because I started posting there about strategy and I intend to go on doing so.
But I play almost every GOTM and post almost every day at CFC...
and I certainly intend to play other scenarios that you have created, since I really enjoyed playing "Dominion War".
