i cannot figure out how to make mods work when downloaded, whre sdo i save them to?

Save them to your desktop, unzip it, and transfer the file to My Computer/C Drive (Or whatever drive you downloaded civ on)/Program Files/Infogrames Games/Civilization 3/Conquests/Scenarios

Should work after that.
