Dual monitor question

Hi!

I have 2 displays, each set to 1024x768 resolution, and I cannot get Civ to run in dual screen mode. I have set the resolution in the INI to 2048x768 and run the game in window and in full screen mode, but it does not accept the resolution and still runs in 1024x768.

Has anyone gotten the game to run on two monitors?

I tried this when I first got the game. No luck.
