Is FFH or FF compatible with Civ4 Complete Edition?

As of right this minute, no (if you have updated to 3.19). This should fixed soonish. if BTS (part of the complete pack) is still at 3.17, it works though.

FfH2 works with Civ4 Complete.

FfH2 0.41, with or without patch A, requires Civ4 to be patched to v3.17.

FfH2 0.41b, and later versions, requires Civ4 to be patched to v3.19.

FF is not compatible with the BtSv3.19 patch yet, but it will be by their next release.
