(DUPLICATE) can't see Palaceview and cityview !

I have discover that in my scenario in conquest, it's not possible to see the palaceview and the cityview ... Did you have the same problem ... Have I forgotten to do something ? I have checked : it's possible in PTW scenarios but not in Conquest scenarios ... Can someone explain to me where the problem is coming from ?
