DX11 requires update? Cannot find!

Hi, I have recently downloaded Windows Service Pack 2 which is required for DX11. My Steam is up to date as well, but when the option comes up - Dx9 (recommended) or DX11, it says that in order to play DX11 I need an update and it does not tell me what update that I need. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

What OS are you using?

XP will only run DX9, you need Vista/W7 for the DX10/11 option and a compatable graphics card.

I guess it's Vista and it was not the SP2, but the SP1, because then this here would apply.

Thanks for the help but I solved it. I needed to download DX11 for my computer and restart it. Pretty simple really.
