DX12 Doesn't work after updating windows.

I have a gtx970 but i was able to revert my windows and now it works again!
I guess if anyone comes across this issue, try reverting your windows to the previous version and re-install your graphics card and it will work again and just wait for firaxis to update their software so that it aligns with the new windows version which ever it may be.
