DyP Mod?

Hi all. I've been trying Civ III v1.29 and find it a lot of fun. I heard about the Double your Pleasure mod and tried to find the newest version..for regular Civ III not plw. I finally found it and am being referred to the original website which doesn't seem to exist anymore. I found v090 but it says I also need v086 which I can't seem to find either. Does anyone know where I can find the newest and full version of DyP or another mod that adds as much new things as this mod. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I was doing some more digging around and found there is a new link for PTW DyP through fancybytes but nothing for the vanilla Civ. Does the dyp for the vanilla civ not exist anymore?
