Early game issue always every time

So .. you build from the very beginning right?? So in order to even have a civ you must build, so at the exact moment you can actually USE YOUR CIV in first age like go to war and build troops the age ends. It's SAF. Every single time.

EASY FIX. DOUBLE THE FIRST AGE LENGTH.

DOUBLE IT. THATS ALL

I haven't played 7 for months and I thought maybe I'd try it. But it's the same dumb pointless game. Not a single patch or anything. They have given up apparently? No true earth map and you still have a virtually worthless early game where you can't do anything but build and then it ends far too soon. For me all I want to play is early and medieval age. Don't even want to play modern really. Especially as it ends 100 years ago now anyway just so weird why can't I have my own options on game setup ffs. I do not even play online at all ever I hate multiplayer games today and don't do them at all. But now civ has become weird multiplayer cash grab "balance" lame junk

I've had wars kick off by turn 30 and last all age. I still want an achievement for taking Roma as Carthage in antiquity.
