Earth 18 Civs - Largest City?

Hey everybody!

Quick question - has anyone ever worked out what is the largest possible city on the Earth 18 civs map in terms of raw food production (ignoring specialists and corporations)?

I am a massive fan of the map and just searched but didn't find anything.

I am guessing one of the city spots in China, but not sure.

Also just guessing, but I'd think that some spot in Egypt or Persia with a maximum of farmed floodplains after Biology should yield more raw food than the chinese cities
