Here's a brand new unit pack containing 17 Easterling units from Middle-earth. (The warrior is not included - he can be found in ambrox62's warrior pack here.)

XML and buttons are (as usual) included. Just paste these guys in your Art/Units folder and choose the unit art they replace. :D

Thanks! Been working on them for three weeks, ever since Christmas break began. I have an Angmar and Mordor pack coming up next! :mischief: School will likely prevent work for a while though...

No rush with Civ IV nowadays.
But I do hope you will keep doing them, I love these LotR units!
 
Well, that was meant as a positive thing, with emphasis on the longevity of the game.
IMO the size of the Civ IV community will reach a true equilibrium (or maybe it already reached one?), in a sense that the number of players finding and re-finding it will be at least as big as the number of players moving away from it.
This will remain until we get a true a successor for IV, which most certainly won't happen for at least another 5-6 years.

I understand. It's natural order of things. I just regret abandoning my hobby and miss those several years when CIV4 community was much more alive :)
