Hi mates! Can anyone explain what do values exactly mean?
In file "GameSpeeds" we can see some registers:
1. <CostMultiplier>300</CostMultiplier>
2. <CivicUnlockMaxCost>300</CivicUnlockMaxCost>
3. <CivicUnlockPerTurnDrop>30</CivicUnlockPerTurnDrop>
4. <CivicUnlockMinCost>60</CivicUnlockMinCost>
first register determins overall gamespeeds, inc. units costs, techs costs etc
second line to 4th one... what's that?
and main question is how can i manage tech costs separately?
I see it's not good enough when city produces units (1 unit) slower than reach techs
