Editing Leader Traits

Could someone walk me through how I can edit a leaders traits, ie, change one from expansionist to philosophical etc.

I have been searching around the xml files and can't seem to find the one that defines the leaders. IE Alexander has this & that trait. I am sure I could figure it out if I knew which file to be in. Or is that a Python file that defines the leaders?

I mad a mod of the leader traits, and Htere is a link to it in my sig, just look in there. One file defines the traits, and the other diefines the leaders, including what traits they have.
