Editor cannot edit biq-files

I purchased recently Civ 3 conquests. But when I try to edit older scenarios in biq format I get an error message, saying it is not a valid scenario.

What can I do, as I do not have the old version of Civ 3 anymore. Does anybody know of a patch or something

Apparently the Civ 3 Complete came with the editor from PtW and not Conquests. So how can I get the editor from Conquests? Any ideas?

Note to self and other users When you buy Civilization III Complete you get 3 editors, but they are placed in different folders inside the Civilization folder. So browse through them and you will find them
