Editor & GOTM

How does altering the editor (e.g. tech sliding scale) affect GOTMs? What about mods? Are they just loaded like a scenerio?

GOTM must be unchanged civ3mod.bic.

With 1.21, editor settings are stored in the savegame, so what you have set up won't effect the GOTM anyway. So you don't need to worry about it.
