Term limits should not be necessary, as most people will voluntarily recognize that new blood is needed, or seek a change of position on their own. Take my switch this term from IA to AJ, or DG3 T5 where I chose not to run for re-election as examples. Those are the easiest ones for me to remember of course, but there have been numerous other examples...
