Empty "Audio" and "Other" menus

Hi,

when I go into the "Options" menu, the last two tabs ("Audio" and "Other") are completely empty, while the first two ("Graphics" and "Gameplay"(?)) have all the settings available and work fine.

To hunt down the problem, I've enabled the Python Exceptions in the .ini file, and the following exception turns up when I go into the "options" menu:

File "CvScreensInterface", line 98, in showOptionsScreen
File "CvOptionsScreen", line 243, in interfaceScreen
File "CvOptionsScreen", line 468, in drawGraphicOptionsTab
AttributeError: 'CyUserProfile" object has no attribute 'getMainMenu'

Since the "Other" menu has some really important settings (at least for me!), this is a serious problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Civ IV vanilla works fine, by the way, and I don't have Warlords.

Version 3.01 of the game I guess?

Maybe even the german version of the expansion where the update button doesn´t work correctly.
Then you have to download the Patch to version 3.02 from the Firaxis Homepage and manually install it (fixes this problem alongside other things)

That solved it, thank you! After initial installation, the game had claimed to have downloaded and installed the latest patch automatically, and I never checked. Turned out I had to download and install version 3.02 manually, and all works fine now.

Hi,

I have had exact the same problem:
"Audio"+"Other" menus were comletely empty after installation of BtS over Civ4 Vanilla+Warlords.
The game recognized itself as v301 and the in-game update feature told me that the latest version was already installed.
Downloading+installing the 302 patch from the firaxis website brought the menus back - works fine now.

My system: XP(german) with Civ4 (all european/english) installed
