if you have MGE you can do it to by using the end turn keyboard shortcut.

And it's the same ol' thing with AI Triremes - they never ever sink! (I cheated once and had a game with seven AI civs and me as Barbarians, the only triremes sinking was mine)

forever!!

I know exactly how you feel. I once saw a "friendly" enemy bomber coming over on patrol and I quickly surrounded it with 8 spare units. It stayed hovering for 20 years before I got bored and VERY annoyed and used my units to smash up its homebase instead!

I always did think they managed to keep going unusually long. But I do think the AI manages to run out of fuel sometimes, either that or he disbands his aircraft damn often in the games I play. Sure, his bombers or fighters tend to fly around for quite some while, then they just disappear in plain sight. Of course, he COULD disband them, but the comp generally doesn't unless he is forced too...

I understand....

But as far as helicopters are concerned I also thought they actually crash after they are out of fuel; don't they ? (talking AI of course)
